This policy explains how Lavant & Ivy, a florist and flower studio in Chichester, West Sussex, uses the personal details you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or a message, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery postcode, dates and the details of your order or event. When you sign up for emails, we collect your email address.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange and deliver your order. We do this to take steps towards a contract with you.
• To send you emails about seasonal flowers, offers and reminders, if you've signed up. We do this with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your details. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives our form submissions and sends them to us by email. We use email and marketing providers to store and send our emails. These providers only use your details to provide their service to us. Some of them may store data outside the UK, with safeguards required by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and order details for up to six years for our accounts. We keep your email sign-up until you unsubscribe.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
